With the improved Fermi-LAT locations, we expect to identify the X-ray counterparts based on their morphologies and spectra, and categorize them into classes of known GeV gamma-ray sources (pulsars and AGNs) and VHE gamma-ray sources (SNRs, PWNe and colliding wind binaries), and possibly find a new class of objects. With these studies we hope to understand the population and emission mechanism of high energy sources in the Galaxy.
