The available X-ray data provides rather poor constraints on the physical properties of the remnant. We propose to perform a deep Suzaku observation to obtain good spectral data. Joint spectral analyses of Suzaku and radio data will enable us to accurately and precisely measure the synchrotron spectral index and cutoff frequency, the electron temperature, the emission measure, and, perhaps, the relative elemental abundances. As a result, it will be possible to compute accurate and precise values for the spectral index and maximum energy of the nonthermal electrons, the strength of the magnetic field, and the ambient density, age, and shock velocity.
