Recently, detection of OVII and NeIX aborption lines was reported in the spectrum of 4U 1957+11 (Yao et al. 2008). By combining a Suzaku observation of diffuse hot plasma around the object with the reported absorption line equivalnet widths, we will constrain the temperature, line-of-sight length, density of the hot plasma of the direction. Not only to understand the Galactic gas, but also to understand feedback mechanism from a galaxy to the intergalactic space will our study play an important role.
