The observed spectra are well described by the picture that the plasma has experienced sudden cooling in the past and currently undergoes gradual recombination to ionization equilibrium. In the MM SNR W28, we found the spatial correlation between the radio brightness and the thermal evolution (recombination) phase. Hence, the radio-fainter region may have less recombined plasma. Such a plasma should emit strong Fe-K line from the He-like ions. The line flux reflects the initial temperature of RP, which brings the key information of the explosion environment of MM SNRs. For this purpose, we propose a 100-ks observation of W28 south, the possible 'youngest' RP. | GALACTIC DIFFUSE EMISSION | 5 | A | MAKOTO SAWADA | JAP | 8 | AO8 | INITIAL PARAMETERS OF RECOMBINING PLASMA IN SUPERNOVA REMNANTS EXPLORED THROUGH W28 | XIS | Y | https://data.darts.isas.jaxa.jp/pub/suzaku/ver3.0/508006020/ | Quick Look |
