Most recently, we found the candidate of thermal emission line toward North-East of the SNR analyzed with Suzaku archive data. The region is present in the vicinity of the small molecular cloud interacts with the SNR shock wave. Main purpose is significant detection of the Si line about 5 sigma. This observation will be observable only with Suzaku and lead to a large step forward on cosmic-ray acceleration and shock-cloud interaction in the SNR.
