The SWIFT BAT all-sky AGN survey has detected a complete sample of AGN with flux > 1-3e-11 erg/cm^2/s in the 15-200 keV band. At this energy range, the effects of heavy obscuration are minimal and thus BAT will allow us to determine the true fraction of Compton-thick sources. However, the BAT spectra are not simultaneous with XRT and XRT does not have the spectral resolution (with 10 ks) necessary to characterize a heavily absorbed 0.3-10 keV spectrum. We propose HXD nominal Suzaku observations of 4 possible Compton thick sources for which we recently obtained XMM 10 ks follow-ups.
