In this event, a star was presumably disrupted by a strong tidal force of a massive black hole at the center of a galaxy at z=0.35, releasing a relativistic jet that emitted intense X-rays. In this proposal, we attempt to detect the non-thermal emission from the relativistic jet and the fluorescent Fe K line from its surrounding material. With these results we study the driving mechanism of the jet and to test the tidal disruption model.
