It also has many other interesting features, such as a cold front, evidence for merger, a shock, and regions of unusually high temperature, all of which are related to the hard X-ray emission and the nonthermal activity. The more accurate measure of the spectral characteristics of the hard component, when combined with the radio and other past X-ray data, can reveal the nature of the emission process and the acceleration mechanism of the relativistic electrons, provide a means of measuring the magnetic field strength, and aid in understanding the process of formation of clusters.
