The radio lobe of FR I radio galaxy Centaurus B was previously detected by ASCA. For revealing the mechanism of particle acceleration in radio lobes, detailed multi-wavelength observations are very important. We propose a deep observation of the radio lobe by Suzaku, which has the advantage of low background and high sensitivity for diffuse X-ray. Good quality Suzaku data combined with a detailed modeling reveals particle acceleration mechanism working in the radio lobe.
