They could possibly be explained as dynamically young systems, which have not yet formed a central core. Three such clusters in our XMM study of the REXCESS sample show surprisingly high entropies in the centers, which does not readily support the early formation stage. To shed more light on their nature, we propose to observe the extreme LSB cluster, A1631. This object has a higher optical to X-ray luminosity ratio than the bulk of other clusters and is expected to provide a key to understand the evolutionary scenario of the LSB clusters. Suzaku with its low background is best-suited for this study.
