    • Number density measurement of Electron by Impedance probe (NEI)
      Data (Capacitance, Ne-Ascent / Descent ) / Spectrogram / Ne-Profile
In order to understand radio wave propagation in the nightside mid-latitude ionosphere, electron number density in a range from 103 to 2x106 /cc is measured along the rocket trajectory by impedance probe.
    • Tracking Data         Data
Latitude, longitude, and height of the sounding rocket as a function of X, time from the launch. The data file is provided in the text format.
Data of NEI are archived at DARTS as of Apr. 2021.

  • The following experiments were carried out.
    • Plasma Wave Monitor (PWM)         Data / Spectrogram
In order to understand electron heating phenomena around Sq current focus, plasma waves associated with them are measured by the receiver in a frequency range from 300 Hz to 22 MHz using antenna of Electric Field Detector (EFD) with a tip-to-tip length of 2 m.

    • Number density measurement of Electron by Impedance probe (NEI)
      Data (Capacitance-0/1, Ne-Ascent/Descent ) / Spectrogram / Ne-Profile
In order to understand interactions of ionized and neutral atmosphere in ionospheric E and F regions, electron number density in a range from 103 to 2x106 /cc is measured along the rocket trajectory by impedance probe.

  • The following experiments were carried out.
    • Number density measurement of Electron by Impedance probe (NEI)
      Data (Capacitance, Ne-Ascent / Descent ) / Spectrogram / Ne-Profile
In order to understand the plasma structures in the ionosphere during the interaction processes between E and F regions, electron number density in a range from 103 to 2x106 /cc is measured along the rocket trajectory by impedance probe.
    • Tracking Data         Data
Latitude, longitude, and height of the sounding rocket as a function of X, time from the launch. The data file is provided in the Microsoft Excel format.
    • Natural electric field data from electric field detector (EFD)         Data
    • EFD is an instrument for determination of electric field using double probe method. The natural electric field was derived by subtracting the induced electric field generated by the rocket crossing the earth's magnetic field from the observed electric field.
Data of NEI are archived at DARTS as of Apr. 2020.
Data of EFD are archived at DARTS as of Apr. 2024.
